Swim: 3300 yards
Bike: 32 mi
Run: 10.28 mi
Yoga: 1.5 hours
Strength: 1.5 hours
I am in week one of base for my 1/2 IM training plan.
I can't bike or swim, so can't comment on those, but good going on the yoga! Stretching is something pretty much all atheletes could do more of!
